Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the qqbd website, creating an account, making a deposit, placing a bet, or using any feature of the qqbd platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety, together with qqbd's Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, each of which is incorporated by reference into this agreement.

These Terms & Conditions apply to all users of the qqbd platform, including visitors who browse the site without registering. Your continued use of the platform following any published amendment to these terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised version.

qqbd may publish these terms in English. In the event of any ambiguity, the English version shall be the authoritative interpretation.

Eligibility & Age Requirements

Use of the qqbd platform is restricted to individuals who meet all of the following criteria:

• You are at least 21 years of age. Individuals under 21 are strictly prohibited from registering or using any qqbd service.
• You are accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is not explicitly prohibited under the laws applicable to you personally.
• You are acting on your own behalf and not on behalf of any third party.
• You have not previously been self-excluded from qqbd or any other gambling platform in connection with a problem gambling diagnosis.
• You are not a current employee, contractor, or close family member of a qqbd employee or associated business partner where a conflict of interest may arise.

qqbd reserves the right to request documentary proof of age and identity at any point in the account lifecycle. Documents accepted for age verification include a national identity card (NID), passport, or birth certificate issued by a recognised Bangladeshi authority. Accounts will be suspended pending verification and winnings will not be released until verification is satisfactorily completed.

Account Registration

To access real-money betting and gaming services on qqbd, you must register a player account. Registration requires you to provide accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and a valid mobile number registered in Bangladesh.

One Account Per Person: Each individual may register and maintain only one qqbd account. The operation of multiple accounts — whether under the same identity or different identities — is strictly prohibited. Where duplicate accounts are identified, qqbd will close all accounts associated with that individual and may forfeit any balances held across those accounts.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your qqbd username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any other person. qqbd will not be held liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to secure your credentials.

If you believe your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must contact qqbd support immediately at [email protected]. qqbd will investigate all reports of unauthorised access and may temporarily suspend the affected account during the investigation period.

qqbd reserves the right to refuse account registration to any applicant at its sole discretion without being required to provide a reason for the refusal.

Deposits & Payment Methods

All monetary transactions on the qqbd platform are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). qqbd does not apply any currency conversion to player funds and does not charge platform fees on standard deposits.

The following payment methods are accepted for deposits:

• Mobile wallets: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay
• Bank transfers: Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, City Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank
• Cards: Visa and Mastercard (subject to issuing bank restrictions)

The minimum deposit amount is ৳500. Maximum deposit limits may apply based on the selected payment method and your account verification status. qqbd reserves the right to adjust deposit limits at any time.

Deposits must be made from a payment account or method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits — where the funding source belongs to a person other than the registered account holder — are not permitted. Any deposit identified as originating from a third party may be returned and the account suspended pending investigation.

qqbd processes deposits in real time for bKash and Nagad. Bank transfer deposits may take additional time depending on the processing schedule of the sending institution. qqbd does not guarantee specific processing times for third-party payment providers and shall not be held liable for delays caused by external payment systems.

Withdrawals

Players may request a withdrawal of their available balance at any time subject to the conditions set out in this section. Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method registered in the same name as the qqbd account holder. qqbd does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts under any circumstances.

Before a withdrawal can be processed, the following conditions must be met:

• Your account identity verification must be complete and approved.
• Any applicable wagering requirements attached to bonus funds must be satisfied before the corresponding funds become withdrawable.
• Your account must not be under investigation for suspected fraud, money laundering, or breach of these Terms & Conditions.
• The withdrawal amount must meet the minimum withdrawal threshold of ৳500.

Withdrawals to bKash and Nagad are typically processed within 60 seconds of approval during normal operating hours. Bank transfer withdrawals may take up to 3 business days depending on the receiving institution. qqbd shall not be liable for delays attributable to third-party payment processors.

qqbd does not deduct platform fees from standard withdrawal amounts. However, your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges, for which qqbd bears no responsibility.

qqbd reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence checks on withdrawal requests of any amount. During such checks, the withdrawal request may be temporarily held. Players will be notified if additional documentation is required. Failure to provide requested documentation within 14 calendar days may result in the withdrawal request being cancelled.

Bonuses & Promotions

qqbd offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to new and existing players, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and seasonal promotions. The availability, terms, and duration of each promotion are specified on the relevant promotion page.

Unless otherwise stated in the specific promotion terms, the following general conditions apply to all qqbd bonuses:

• Wagering requirements: Bonus funds must be wagered a specified number of times before they can be converted to withdrawable real-money balance. The applicable wagering multiplier is stated on each promotion page.
• Expiry: Bonus funds and associated wagering requirements must be completed within the time limit specified for each promotion. Expired bonus funds are forfeited automatically.
• Game contributions: Different game types may contribute at different rates toward wagering requirements. Slots typically contribute 100%; live casino and table games may contribute at a reduced rate. Specific contribution rates are published on the promotion page.
• Eligibility: Each bonus offer is available once per player, per household, and per device unless the promotion terms explicitly state otherwise.
• Maximum bet while bonus is active: While a wagering bonus is active, bets exceeding ৳1,000 per round or spin may not count toward wagering requirements and may result in the bonus being voided.

qqbd reserves the right to amend, withdraw, or cancel any promotion at any time. Any bonus obtained through fraudulent means, including the use of multiple accounts, exploitation of system errors, or collusion with other players, will be voided in its entirety and the associated account may be suspended.

Betting & Gaming Rules

All bets placed on qqbd are final once confirmed. Players are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of their selections before confirming any bet. qqbd shall not be obligated to reverse or amend a confirmed bet on the basis of player error.

qqbd reserves the right to void any bet or game round where:

• A technical error or system malfunction has materially affected the outcome or the displayed odds.
• The bet was placed at odds that were clearly erroneous due to a data feed error, pricing error, or human input mistake.
• Evidence of bet manipulation, collusion, or use of insider information is identified.
• The event in question was cancelled, suspended, or abandoned in circumstances covered by the applicable sport's governing body rules.

For sports betting, specific rules governing settlement, dead heats, abandonments, walkovers, and special bets are published in the qqbd Sports Betting Rules section accessible from the platform. Cricket markets follow the rules of the relevant governing body — ICC, BCB (Bangladesh Cricket Board), or BCCI as applicable.

For casino games, game rules are displayed within each game interface as provided by the certified third-party supplier. qqbd does not alter game rules, RTP settings, or outcome mechanisms. All games operate on independently audited random number generators.

qqbd's decision on the settlement of any bet or game dispute is final, subject only to the formal dispute resolution process described in Section 15.

Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the qqbd platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balance, and reporting to relevant authorities:

• Opening or operating more than one qqbd account simultaneously or sequentially.
• Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information during registration or at any subsequent verification step.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or AI-assisted tools to place bets or interact with the platform in a manner not available to other players using standard interfaces.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or pricing errors to gain an unfair advantage. Any winnings derived from such exploitation are void.
• Collusion with other players to manipulate game outcomes, share cards, or coordinate bet placement in a manner that constitutes cheating.
• Using the qqbd platform for any purpose connected with money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other financial crime.
• Attempting to access, probe, or compromise any part of the qqbd technical infrastructure, including but not limited to the website, API, payment gateway, or game servers.
• Engaging in chargebacks or payment reversals through your bank or mobile wallet provider after receiving the credited funds. Any chargeback will result in the immediate suspension of your account and recovery of the equivalent amount from any remaining balance.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing qqbd support staff or other users via any communication channel.

Where qqbd reasonably suspects that prohibited conduct has occurred, it may suspend the relevant account, withhold pending withdrawals, and conduct an investigation. qqbd will communicate the outcome of such investigations to the affected player within a reasonable timeframe.

Responsible Gaming

qqbd is committed to providing a safe, fair, and responsible gambling environment. Gambling is intended as a form of entertainment; it should never be regarded as a source of income or a means of recovering financial losses.

The following responsible gaming tools are available to all registered qqbd players from within the account settings panel:

• Deposit limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly maximum deposit amounts.
• Loss limits: Cap the total amount you can lose within a defined period.
• Session time reminders: Receive notifications when a session reaches a specified duration.
• Cooling-off periods: Temporarily suspend access to your account for a period between 24 hours and 6 weeks.
• Self-exclusion: Permanently close your qqbd account and request that you be prevented from re-registering for a minimum period of 12 months.

Intellectual Property

• Use any qqbd brand name, logo, or trademark in any manner without prior written consent.
• Frame or mirror any qqbd content on any other website or platform.
• Extract, scrape, or systematically download data from the qqbd platform.

Any unauthorised use of qqbd intellectual property may result in immediate account termination and may expose the infringing party to civil or criminal liability.

Privacy & Data Protection

qqbd collects, stores, and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is available at qqbd.io/privacy-policy. By using the qqbd platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in that policy.

qqbd uses SSL encryption across all pages and transactions to protect the transmission of personal and financial data. Account credentials are stored using industry-standard cryptographic hashing. qqbd does not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties for marketing purposes without your explicit consent.

qqbd may share data with payment processors, identity verification providers, and fraud prevention systems strictly for the purpose of operating the platform and complying with applicable legal obligations. All such third parties are bound by data processing agreements that restrict their use of your information.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, qqbd's total liability to you for any claim arising from or related to your use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your qqbd account in the 30 calendar days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

qqbd shall not be liable for:

• Any loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or business opportunity, whether direct or indirect.
• Service interruptions caused by technical failures, scheduled or emergency maintenance, third-party outages, or circumstances beyond qqbd's reasonable control.
• Losses arising from your failure to secure your account credentials or your sharing of login information with third parties.
• Decisions made by you in relation to betting or gaming, including losses incurred as a result of those decisions.
• Delays in payment processing attributable to third-party payment providers such as bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or banking institutions.

Nothing in this section limits qqbd's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

Account Suspension & Termination

qqbd reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at any time, with or without prior notice, where qqbd reasonably believes that:

• You have breached any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Your account has been used for fraudulent, illegal, or prohibited activity.
• Continued operation of your account poses a reputational, legal, or financial risk to qqbd.
• You have requested self-exclusion under the Responsible Gaming tools.
• Your account has been inactive for a period of 12 consecutive months.

In the event of account closure for reasons other than breach or fraud, any verified real-money balance remaining in the account will be returned to you via your registered payment method within 14 business days, subject to the completion of any applicable verification checks.

You may also choose to close your own account at any time by contacting qqbd support. Account closure requests will be processed within 5 business days. Pending bets at the time of closure will be settled according to standard rules; winnings from those bets will be included in the final balance return.

Amendments to These Terms

qqbd reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where changes are material — such as changes to eligibility criteria, withdrawal conditions, or core player rights — qqbd will provide at least 14 days' advance notice via a notification on the platform or by email to the address registered on your account.

For minor or administrative amendments (including corrections of typographical errors, clarifications that do not alter the substantive meaning of any provision, or updates to contact details), changes may take effect immediately upon publication.

Your continued use of the qqbd platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with any amendment, you must stop using the platform and may close your account in accordance with Section 13.

The current version of these Terms & Conditions is always available on the qqbd website. The date of the most recent revision is displayed at the top of this document.

Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to qqbd's operating jurisdiction. Any dispute arising from or in connection with your use of the qqbd platform shall first be referred to qqbd's internal dispute resolution process.

To raise a formal dispute, you must submit a written description of your complaint to [email protected], including your account username, the date and nature of the disputed event, and any supporting evidence. qqbd will acknowledge your complaint within 48 hours and provide a substantive response within 14 calendar days of receipt.

qqbd's decision on any dispute is final for betting and gaming outcomes determined by certified random number generators or by the rules of the applicable sport's governing body, except in cases where a manifest error by qqbd is established. qqbd is committed to fair, transparent, and timely resolution of all player complaints.

Nothing in this section limits your statutory rights as a consumer under applicable Bangladeshi law.
